Payment is accepted by paypal. Funded or credit card.We now accept RME. Please check out using the money order option and send total to clothdiaper@gmail.com .  I accept checks/Money orders within 7 days of your order. If you encounter an error while checking out, my paypal address is clothdiaper@gmail.com . Shipping is actual shipping. If there is an error with the shipping calculator I will contact you about it.  But generally, this cart calculates pretty close to actual.  Orders outside the US and Canada, email me for a shipping estimate. If the calculated shipping seems high, just drop me a note, I can adjust if necessary. International orders are accepted but you will be charged actual shipping. 

I ship within 3-5  days. Usually faster, but please allow the extra time just in case. Life happens.   International orders must go to the post office so it may take me a few days to get there.

Custom orders usually take 2-3 weeks to be completed. Payment is required in full before work is started. Any deposits paid are non-refundable if you change your mind.  15% cancellation fees apply to orders canceled once work has begun.

  If you are in a hurry, please drop me an email and ask about my wait time before purchasing a custom order.

Return Policy:  I accept returns on unused,unwashed in new condition items only, within 2 weeks of shipment.   Please contact me for the return shipping address.  Please ship your return with delivery confirmation.  If it ends up lost on its way back to me and you did not purchase delivery confirmation, I am not responsible.  Your shipping costs will not be refunded.

For defective items, returns are accepted for 30 days after the date of shipment.  I am only responsible for  return shipping charges in the event of a defective item.
