Policies
Instock policy Instock items may be returned for the same problems with sewing or quality for repair. Instock items may not be returned due to sizing issues. Please measure your child carefully and make sure the item will fit before you purchase.
All
returns must be made within 7 days of purchase. Refunds will be given
if needed due to quality, which will be determined by both the seller
and the buyer. Your items must
be unused and unwashed to qualify.
Customs policy You
may return any custom item that you have purchased for sewing issues or
quality for a repair. Please measure your child carefully. Returns
will not be accepted for items that are sized wrong due to measurement
issues.
A deposit is required to hold your custom slot. The balance remaining
will be due once item is completed. Please pay within 24 hours of item
being completed. If you purchased a YYMN slot, please be sure that you
send in enough yarn for the item. I am not responsible for yarn
shortages. Please ask before you send in yarn on amounts needed.
Communication is very important to me. Please contact me with any
questions that you may have. I do
my best to avoid pooling but sometimes, with the sizing and the nature of the way the yarn was dyed, it is unavoidable. Returns are not accepted due to pooling issues. I do take custom orders. All customs are placed on a waiting list. I arrange the list according to when I was contacted and when the item is needed. Once I contact you about your custom slot, please be ready to finalize your order within 48 hours. If I do not hear from you within that time period, I will drop your order.
Shipping
I
ship First Class and Priority and included Delivery Confirmation for US
Customers. Insurance is not included. If you would like insurance,
please add that to your shipping cost. I cannot be responsible for packages that are lost in the mail.
