We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express credit cards and eCheck payments through PayPal. Orders will be processed after payment has cleared.
Shipping
First Class, Priority and International Shipping is available. Canadian orders please select First Class shipping. If you require an alternate means of shipping (Fed Ex, UPS, etc.) contact me at Charlene@Blossom-Pads.com to make arrangements.
All instock orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. Custom orders ship in 2-3 weeks. I will contact you if there is a delay. International orders are shipped every Friday. Delivery Confirmation is included for all US orders. Insurance is highly recommended as Blossom is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Returns
We want you to have a positive experience with Blossom. I know how hard it is to purchase online without the product in front of you. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please don't hesitate to contact me at Charlene@Blossom-Pads.com to work out a solution.
Our products are guaranteed against defects in workmanship for 30 days after shipping. If you need to return something that is defective, please contact me first via e-mail. I will reimburse you for 1st class postage for returns of defective items once I receive the item back. Please note that I make every effort to repair the item. If it cannot be repaired, it is up to my discretion to replace the item or give you a refund. 2nd's are sold AS IS and carry no guarantee.
