Returns-
I will accept all Items back if they have been unwashed within 30 days. Please contact me with a ship date and when the item is recieved I will refund your payment ASAP. If an Item has a defect I will pay the shipping back to me to fix the problem within 6 months or refund if it is not fixable this includes Seconds.
Custom Orders-
I will be opening custom orders every month and I expect to have your order complete within 2-3 weeks time. Of course some things in family life occasionally come up that are beyond my control that must take precidence over sewing. However, I will communicate with you if there are any reason why your order will not be shipped on time.
Insurance-
I am not responsible for items lost in the mail. I do have a lot of faith in the USPS and have only had 2 packages go missing in over 600 shipments. It is always your responsibility to purchase additional insurance if you want to. I will Require Insurance on all orders over $100 and this will be calculated in to your shipping order and add additional Fee . . . . . . . . . . Insurance Coverage

$2.05 ................ $50.01 to $100
Orders over 100.00 will get free insurance!
International orders are beyond my control once they leave the Post office.
Lanolizing- I usually lanolize all woolens before they are added to instock but sometimes I do not get to it. If you would like your woolen Items lanolized I am happy to offer this service but please know that it will extend your shipment by 2-3 days.
International Orders and Canada-
I am happy to do the extra paper work for Out of US shipping for no additional charge on shipping cost. Canada will ship for the same Fee as Items are listed.
