We have been asked to participate in a class project being done by our local University's marketing and business department. It would be extremely benefical to have some of our customers participate in a survey that would provide the students with more information about our company, and your experience with our product and the customer care that you have received.

This would consist of a phone call and/or a written questionnaire.
