Important info about weekly stocking, stalking, etc--PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING! Price : $0.00 Sold out Regularly Scheduled Stocking As you may have noticed, we have been increasing production the past few months, and stocking our Hyena Cart twice a week to try and meet the demand for our product. We are extremely grateful for your business, and also your patience while we work through the best way to meet these needs, while still providing a quality product. I have come to the conclusion that two stockings a week is just too confusing, as there are many amazing customers who order several times a week. One way of making life easier for us, is to only have one large stocking each week, which will be at the regular scheduled time of Thursday at 6:00 pm Central. Sending Payment--The Checkout Process Effective October 15, 2009--One payment must be sent for all purchases made during Bagshot Row Bamboo's weekly stocking. If you would like to add more than one item to your cart--add to your heart's content! We want you to:-) All I ask is that you wait until you are finished shopping (adding diapers to your cart) before you begin the checkout process. I assure you that the diapers will remain in your cart, and allow you to check out with them. Due to the number of customers checking out at one time on Thursday evenings, there are times when you will begin the checkout process, and an item may not be in your cart. Hyena Cart just needs a bit of time to play catch up, so the orders may take a little while to show up in your cart or order history. I will not restock diapers if payment is not made immediately--I would much rather the checkout process be done with as much ease for my customers as possible, so I am willing to wait until you are able to check out at one time for all of your purchases for the evening. All I ask is that you do your best to pay in a timely manner. Excessively Adding Diapers To Cart--Diapers remaining unpaid for I understand that there are sometimes occasions when you mistakenly hit buy it now for an item that you do not intend to pay for. However, this is happening each week, in extremely excessive amounts. Please do not add an item to your cart unless you intend to pay for the item, as it takes away from our regular work day to figure out which diapers have not been paid for, and to then restock them. Stalking--Very Important Up to this point, I have had no policy in place for stalking, but there is a strong need to change this---Effective October 15, 2009. If you are stalking an item for another person, please make plans prior to the stocking to handle receipt of payment from the individual that you are stalking for. You will need to go ahead and check out through Hyena Cart, rather than pass along the order # for the individual to send payment. The address in paypal can be changed during the paypal payment process, so the item/s will be shipped directly to the person that you are stalking for. Thank you so much for your cooperation. I do not mind the extra work that the stalking has brought with it, but when hundreds of orders are received each week, it is just too confusing to keep them all straight when the check out process is not completed through Hyena Cart. My number one goal is to make and ship a high quality product, in a timely manner. I am confident that by my customers following these guidelines, life will be back to normal for Bagshot Row Bamboo, and shipping will be as it was months ago--within a couple of days of receipt of payment:-) You ladies are the best.
