Refund/Exchange Policy--Caring For Your Bagshot Row Bamboo Fitteds--Everything You Want to Know Price : $0.00 Sold out REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY In an effort to keep Bagshot Row Bamboo running smoothly, I am putting a policy into place that deals with returns and exchanges. Refund/Exchange Policy: I do not provide refunds for buyers remorse. Please be sure you are ready to purchase the product before you hit buy it now, as it is costly for us to refund and then restock items. Effective December 30, 2008, I will no longer give a refund or provide an exchange for ANY product that has been washed/used. NO EXCEPTIONS I stand behind each item that I send out and will replace broken/loose  snaps and elastic on any of my fitteds, whether purchased directly from my site or not. The warranty only covers snaps and elastic, and will only be repaired or replaced within 90 days of original purchase. If your purchase was made directly from me, I will pay shipping both ways for any item needing repairs or replacement. ** I will NOT under any circumstances, refund or ship out an exchange on any product that I do not have in hand first. Any item needing snaps or elastic repairs that you purchase in used condition will be your responsibility to cover all shipping expenses. I will, however repair the item at my own expense. I will only exchange for the same item/print.  Shipping Policy All US orders are shipped within three business days of purchase. International orders are shipped within seven business days. Emails: I answer all of my emails in the order that they are received. I have a large customer base, and also work around production, so there may be times when an response cannot be given right away. CARING FOR YOUR BAGSHOT ROW BAMBOO FITTEDS Now that you have made the wonderful decision to use bamboo cloth diapers, you want to ensure that they last through your child's entire diapering journey, and even longer if you plan to use them for subsequent children! Your wash routine will determine how amazing your Snappiable Bagshot Row Bamboo fitteds hold up, and I have a few suggestions that will prolong the life of each of your diapers. BEFORE USE: Bamboo/organic cotton will need to be prepped with several hot washes before it reaches its full potential of absorbency. I suggest 3-4 hot washes before the first use, and then dry on medium heat. Your Bagshot Row Bamboo fitteds will reach maximum absorbency after 10 washes. Washing: 1. Do a cold rinse. 2. Wash on hot with a natural detergent of your choice. 3. Do another cold rinse. Drying: If you have access to a clothes line, or even an indoor drying rack, make the most of it and allow your fitteds to air dry until only slightly damp. Toss them into the dryer with a bath towel and set on low-medium heat until your diapers are dry. On days when the weather will not allow you the use of your clothesline, dry on low-medium heat with a bath towel, and this will cut down tremendously on the amount of time your dryer is in use. KEEPING THOSE BAGSHOT ROW BAMBOO FITTEDS NICE AND SOFT Bamboo tends to lose some of its softness after many washes, and your knits can become so rough that holes will begin to develop if you all your diapers to become too rough. Using a natural fabrics softener, once or twice a week, on only your diapers shells--not the doublers--will keep your diapers nice and soft. *I suggest NOT using fabric softener on your doublers, ONLY THE OUTER DIAPER SHELL. This will ensure that your doublers will stay at maximum absorbency.** Shipping options (buyer will choose at checkout time).
