Our Policies
Our Shipping Policies
For in-stock orders, we will ship within two business days of confirmed payment. Custom orders are listed with their expected turn around time, which includes the day we ship, meaning the time frame listed includes your shipping date. If we are backed up on custom orders we will contact you when you make your order with an updated turnaround, when you can decide if you'd like to complete the transaction or cancel your order, at which time you will be credited the full amount of purchase price and shipping charges.
We welcome international orders and try our hardest to ensure a smooth process and no hassle! If you are outside of the United States, please select international shipping. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class mail to most countries. Many times we are able to ship below the cost listed, in which case you will receive a refund of any leftover shipping charges. If you would prefer to receive a quote before purchasing an item, you can email us at info@babybeandesign.com and we can send you a quote and a PayPal invoice for the adjusted shipping amount instead. We encourage purchasing shipping insurance as well, but if you decide not to purchase it we cannot be held liable for any damaged or missing packages.
Auctions and Lotteries
If you win an auction or lottery, please pay within 24 hours. Failure to pay will result in a relisting or the item will be given to the next person in line.
Custom Orders
We gladly accept custom orders, whether listed in our store or as a special request. When ordering, you pay a flat rate deposit to hold your spot at which time you will receive a confirmation email with the price remaining to be paid when item is completed. Upon completion you will be mailed another email requesting the remaining balance due. When we have received payment, your order will ship within two business days.
Our Refund Policies
We pride ourselves on our workmanship, and want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If your product is flawed or just not quite what you envisioned, we offer a full refund minus original shipping charges. Please fill out the return invoice that will arrive with your order, repackage the item, and return. You are responsible for making sure the item is returned in the condition that it was shipped. If you are returning the item for a cosmetic defect, you have the option to exchange for an item of equal value.
We accept returns on customs only if there is an issue with the workmanship of the product.
