The sizing chart above will give you an idea of what sizing will meet your needs. It is only an approximation based on what I have learned after sizing many customers. Many like a longer size even if they fall into a smaller size on the chart. This is the sizing you will need to do the greatest variety of carries. You can still do a full range of carries, and our gauze is so light and airy that it is easy to wrap around your waist and tuck into the waistband of your carry.
